*A little about Elizabeth Schiemer....
Now a retired nurse Elizabeth’s main interest has been mind body health and wellbeing, starting when she noticed the predominance of pharmacology when treating epilepsy. Then when her son was diagnosed with a tectal tumor she learnt about the roles of meditation, diet and emotional healing.
As the secretary of Port Stephens Suicide Prevention she was asked "what is a labyrinth?" and soon found they dovetailed with her interest in positive psychology and connecting with others developed her interest in labyrinths for health and wellbeing.
This led her ever-enquiring mind to learning about the Sacred ratio in the construction of the Universe, golden ratio designs, the energy of the labyrinth, music for healing, Hermetic spiritual philosophy, aromatherapy, QiGong and much more.
The more I know, the more I know, I know nothing
